We look after your dogs in our own home. They will be given tender loving care, allowed free run of the house and be treated just as if they were a member of our own family. A minimum of one walk per day comes as part of our dog boarding service. Their stay with us will be fun, exciting and a great opportunity for them to socialise and have lots of fun while you are away. Your dog will be happy and secure and get all the exercise and love and attention they are used to. You will have the opportunity to meet us before the stay, and visit our premises so you can assure yourself of our suitability for complete peace of mind. What is required by the owners:All belongings left at our premises are left at the owners own risk. We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises. The owner will provide all the equipment including: Bedding, Enough food for the duration, Toys, Treats, Collar and Lead, Medication, Bowls and Feeding Utensils and any other equipment your dog may need during their stay. We are also happy for you to send along anything you think may be helpful in making your dog's stay with us run as smoothly as possible. Please ensure that we know what times you plan to deliver/collect your dogs

Dogs Health:  We recommend that you take out your own pet insurance to cover illness or injury as vet bills will be re-claimed when you return to collect your pet from us. All dogs boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to us being able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness, injury, pregnancy, infectious or contagious disease we may refuse to accept him/her. This is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders. We require both Vet and insurance details for your pet.

Owners must be aware that boarding can be a stressful period for some animals. We will take every care to ensure that your pet's stay is as stress free as possible. However, very occasionally signs of illness can occur in usually healthy animals as a result of boarding. We cannot be held responsible in the event of illness. If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay with us, we will inform you immediately and consult a vet. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will transport him/her there for treatment. We do not charge for this service but any costs for treatment by the vet must be met by you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address. Sadly animals can become ill and pass away with very little warning. In the extremely unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately and follow your wishes. We will accept no liability if these unfortunate circumstances occur. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pets looking unwell.

Please make us aware of any injuries or medical conditions that your dog has at time of booking.

We do take Dogs & Bitches together but we have a free trial session, please let us know at time of booking if your dog does not mix with the opposite sex. We can not however take a female in season if we have a Dog staying. Please let us know if your bitch is due to come into season during its stay as we can keep them separate. Failure to do so could end in a pregnancy. We are not liable for any pregnancies that could occur during their stay.

Our Cats may venture in from time to time, please let us know if they need to be kept separate.
